Hatch Media took WagesPro from initial concept through to full launch — delivering a powerful, fully compliant payroll and HR platform built exclusively for South African employers.
The collaboration is ongoing and expanding: native iOS and Android apps are currently in development, while the platform already runs flawlessly as a responsive Android web app.
Every feature that simplifies payroll and HR for domestic and contract workers was designed, developed, and refined in-house by Hatch Media. From automated UIF and COIDA calculations and a one-click CCMA Evidence Pack to the real-time Compliance Score dashboard, the entire system was custom-coded for precision, speed, and reliability.
WagesPro generates fully compliant payslips in minutes, intelligently auto-calculating public holidays, overtime, Sunday rates, and supporting daily, hourly, or monthly pay cycles. Additional built-in tools include loan and advance tracking with automatic deductions, proactive December bonus reminders, and one-tap PDF downloads or instant sharing via WhatsApp, email, or SMS – saving employers hours of admin while keeping them fully compliant.
